Payment and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Payment and Refund Policy governs all pressure cleaning and restoration services provided by Southern Sandblasting through our website presshsand.com. By purchasing or booking services with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are due in full upon completion of the service unless a different arrangement is agreed upon in writing before the work begins. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other authorized electronic payment methods. A deposit may be required for larger projects to secure your booking.

3. Estimates and Confirmations

We provide detailed written estimates prior to service delivery. Once accepted, these estimates become binding. If you request changes after approval, a revised estimate will be issued, and additional charges may apply.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will generally not be issued for completed services unless we determine that the services did not meet the agreed scope of work. If you have concerns, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of service completion, so that we may investigate and, if necessary, correct the issue.

For any equipment or materials purchased directly through our site, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery if the items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. For cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the service estimate may apply, or any paid deposit may be forfeited.

6. Warranty

Our pressure cleaning services are performed to the highest industry standards. However, results can vary based on surface conditions and environmental factors. We cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or damage beyond normal cleaning results. We provide no additional warranties except those required by applicable law.

7. Limitations

Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences if the service was delivered in accordance with the agreed scope. Refunds are also excluded if any part of the work was altered or tampered with after our service completion.

9. Governing Law
